The health and safety of our employees is a top priority for Involux. We have labour protection Department who organizes labor protection at the enterprise in accordance with the law.

We provide fair and social acceptable production working conditions confirmed by passed social audits.

Our fundamental responsibility is to ensure safety standards for the products we design and produce.

Through our powerful quality management system, robust supplier requirements program, as well as product safety and field action processes, we’re able to ensure the quality of products throughout the supply chain and reduce manufacturing defects.

We strive to conduct our business in ways that protect and preserve the environment and reduce our environmental footprint. We revise most of production processes to eliminate waste of materials and energy.

Our environmental efforts are focused on some areas where we have the opportunity to make a difference:

• sustainable packaging
• energy savings
• reducing carbon footprints

We actively support responsible forest management, and we select materials with good technical parameters delivered by trusted, reliable suppliers. We use supply chain management by The European Union Timber Regulation (EUTR) that aim to sustainable management of forests and reduce illegal logging worldwide

At Involux we make commitments to supporting the local communityWe recognise the importance of professional sport in Brest region, where our factory is present. Involux has a long-standing tradition during 7 years in financial supporting local volleyball club «Zapadny Bug Brest». We appreciate any physical activity among our employees as well.

As a successful social responsible furniture manufacturer we consider our obligation to support local communities, social and nonprofits organizations on regional level. We often engage in philanthropic helping oriented at the educational facilities, hospitals, and children’s homes.
